Tips to reduce the lowback and neck pain
Low back pain is one of the main reasons for people visit their doctor. Lowback pain usually starts from degenerative changes in the disc. Lowback pain typically gets worse after activity due to strain on the moving parts of the spine. Back pain is usually felt in the back, but it may spread into the buttocks, hips, and thighs.
Physiotherapist recommended that one should choose a pillow that fits the curvature of their neck in order to reduce the pressure on the neck. Also sleeping with face down is not recommended because this could hurt their spine and neck.
