Preparing DSE exam with improper sitting posture will have negative impact on cervical spine

Lots of students are preparing the DSE exam this month. If they are sitting with an improper posture, there has a chance of getting neck pain and headache. Prolonged sitting with improper posture will cause tension of neck muscle, and this will cause the cervical joint to be subluxated. If the subluxated joints compress the nerve root, the patient might feel shoulder, neck pain as well as numbness of their hands. If the desk is too high or too low, our neck tends to bent over and this will cause uneven shoulder and cervical subluxation.
