Prolonged sitting cause neck pain
Nowadays, prolonged sitting when playing computer is not uncommon among teenagers.Physiotherapist stated that it is common to hold your neck and head forward while working at a computer. This can lead to neck strain and sore shoulders. Also, sitting will put more pressure on your spine than standing. Thus if one feels tired he/she should take a rest every 30 minutes and do some stretch exercise to relax the tightened neck muscle.
